Drip Bag-Shamesh

From the day of Ancient Japan - Edo period, a great many cultures passed through this period of stability. Shamesh is inspired by the transition of chaos to civilization of the rich history, by its subtle balance between the strength of roastiness, and depth of almond nutty notes, and the finesse of the acidity aromatics.
