The Borneo coffee beans are left to ferment overnight, then hand washed and sun-dried for a day. Then they remove the parchment because exposed beans dry faster. The heat and bouts of sunshine dry the beans quickly. Experience cured unique brown sugar with a hint of herbal notes laced through a thick, velvety body and know you've got a distinctly Sabah wet- hulled Arabica on the palate.
